Why would antiviral supplies be initially unable to stop pandemic flu? A. There would not be enough for everyone affected. B. More effective drugs have not yet been developed. C. The flu would be resistant to treatment with drugs. D. People cannot use the drugs because of side effects.

    There would bot be enough for everyone affected. The level of production is clearly insufficient to supply vaccines to all countries. Only a limited number of vaccine does would be available, particularly in the early stages of pandemic and most of them would be supplied to industrialized countries. Developing countries will be forced to confront the next pandemic with few or no available vaccines.
