Place the primers in the correct orientation and locations to amply this gene by pcr. if a primer does not belong in a particular location, place the label with an "x" in that location. note that the arrows on the primers represent the direction of dna synthesis.

    Primers should be located in the 5' end part of the DNA we want to amply oriented to the 3' end of the DNA sequence. Primers should always be located in the 5' end part because that's where the DNA polymerase can work properly because the DNA plymerase follows its way through the DNA molecule going on the 5' - > 3' direction.
