What will most likely happen to a person who was not getting enough essential amino acids and his or her diet

    When a person doesn't get enough amino acids there are a lot of symptoms. The most common symptoms are; trouble losing weight, a slow metabolism, low energy levels, fatigue, poor concentration which can lead to trouble learning, mood swings, muscle and joint pains, and changes in blood sugar levels which could lead to diabetes.
