I think is to the patient with atrial fibrillation with a rate of 100. The side effects of epinephrine include tachycardia, dysrhythmias, and palpitations. Therefore the patient should not receive epinephrine. Atrial fibrillation is an irregular and often rapid heart rate that can increase the risk of stroke, heart failure and other related heart complications. Tachycardia is a heart rate that exceeds the normal resting rate, while dysrhythmia is an abnormal heart beat; the rhythm may be irregular in its pacing or the heart rate may be low or high.
