    All the option listed has a risk for hypoglycemia. Alcohol could cause hypoglycemia thus overuse of alcohol will have a high risk of hypoglycemia.

    Uncontrolled type 2 diabetes will result in high blood glucose which called hyperglycemia. Pancreatic cancer can cause excess insulin production. Diabetes type 1 that well-controlled means that the patient got insulin regularly. If the patient stops eating the insulin is still working the blood glucose will drop.
