    When dealing with unresponsive victim that has difficulty breathing, place the victim in a modified H. A. IN. E. S position. This is a recovery position that give better alternative airway and spinal protection for the unconscious casualty. The position is known to reduce the amount of side-ways movement of head and neck. In addition, H. A. IN. E. S means high arm in endangered spine.
