I think that the initial solute composition that would work well is the presence of sodium ions and other ions (electrolyte) in the dailysate. This would limit the extent to which they would be removed from the filtrate during the dialysis process. Adjusting the electrolyte in the starting dailysate enhances their removal from the filtrate,
