The one that is in-charged or the nurses must remain alert for diaphoresis, vomiting, and diarrhea. Diaphoresis is defined as sweating and a non-specific symptom or sign, especially to an unusual degree as a symptom of disease or a side effect of a drug. Vomiting is defined as the forceful, involutary expulsion of the contents of one's stomach through the mouth and the most common complication of vomiting is dehydration.
