When a chameleon eats butterfly, what happens to the number of butterflies in the population? How could a sudden decrease in butterflies affect chameleons?

    This could cause more competition to arise for resources. The number of butterflies will go down. If the butterflies die off more, than the chameleons will have less to eat and also die more

    If the chameleons only depend on butterflies to eat this would damage their population as well due to the decrease of food. The butterfly population would decrease if many chameleons eat a lot of butterflies.
