What is the probability that none of the next four calls are for medical assistance?

I would say the the probability is very low. Granted that I do not make phone calls often, they are hardly ever emergencies. Most of my call consist of minor inquiries. I strongly prefer text to calling, but I would certainly call in the case of a medical emergency.
