What is/are the function (s) of cell division? to make more cells in a multicellular organism all of the above are functions of cell division. to keep cell size small as multicellular organisms grow to make more organisms in single-celled organisms?

    Cell division is sort of a form of asexual reproduction, so most likely it's all of the above.
