The bones of this pterosaur were studied for carbon-14 levels was 1/4 the original amount. If carbon-14 has a half life of 10,000 years, how old are these specimen?

    15,000 years.

    If it's half its life at 10,000 years, then it is 10,000 years old. half of 10,000 is 5,000 therefore 15,000 years old.
