I believe the answer is 140/96. Hypertension refers to high blood pressure. It may lead to severe complications and increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, and death. The blood pressure of less than 120/80 mmHg is normal while that of 120 to 129/80 to 89 mmHg is referred as prehypertension, and that of 140/90 mmHg or higher is hypertension.
