    The answer is the salivary glands and the pancreatic glands.

    Amylase is the enzyme that digests starch into Maltose, and the only 2 sites that it works is in the oral cavity and the duodenum, aka small intestine. Therefore it is secreted from the salivary glands and pancreas.
