    The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics says that endurance athletes, like Margaret, need about 0.55 to 0.9 grams of protein per pound. strength-athletes trying to build muscle mass need more but the exercise says she is not one.

    115 lb x 0,55 = 63,25 grams

    115 lb x 0,9 = 103,5 grams

    She should consume between 63 and 103 grams of protein.
