    Actually the superior boundary of the spinal cord is at the level of the foramen magnum, which is the rostral towards the origin of first cervical nerve, which is at the level of pyramidal decussation, which is clearly defined medically or on based on human anatomy of the spinal cord, which is a very important part to every humans.
