In addition, The client may provide the agreement in writing afore death. If the client or the living spouse is incapable to provide an agreement for the autopsy, the surviving child may ask for to provide agreement. The surviving parent may give agreement for an autopsy if the client, the living spouse, and the living child are incapable to do so.
