The most expensive service that centers provide is Disease management. Disease management is expensive and time consuming, it is expensive because centers needs professional and many researchers found, patients in DMPs tended to get even more prescriptions filled and make more use of more healthcare services than those not in the DMP and more doctors are needed for each clients and patients.

The primary care services offered in provider's offices are usually the most expensive. Usually, if preventive measures can be taken, they save the most money in the long run. Clinics, health centers, and nursing centers typically are cheaper and run more efficiently than provider's offices.
