    Lack of a pigment in your red blood cells. the pigment is responsible for allowing oxygen to be carried on the cell to the organs and other areas of the body. Hemophilia is the lack of said pigment, therefore making it hard for your cells to carry oxygen to where it needs to go, thus causing shortness of breath and muscle weakness especially when working out
