What needs to happen to jeff's post-synaptic membrane to remedy his paralysis? physiologically what do we need more of, and where?

    Jeff has been exposed to a sarin like nerve agent. In order to remedy his current paralysis he needs to antagonize and regenerate certain areas. Muscarrinic Ach and Cholinesterases are the two areas where we need to add more of in order to clear the syanpses of ACh.
