If you were to grill a steak, would it be better to put salt on before or after you cooked it? explain why in terms of osmosis

    I think it'd be better to do it before you grill it cause while its on the grill it'll soak up all the seasonings and make it better tasting then it would if you would have salted it afterwards

    You put it on before so it can soak in the meat
