Which structures carry out photosynthesis in some bacteria?

    The answer is: Chloroplasts.

    Chloroplast's main function is to conduct photosynthesis and it's found in plant and algal cells. In photosynthesis the sunlight is transformed into chemical energy, to subsequently produce food for the plant or algal cells and the release of oxygen.
