The earliest land plants were liveworts, misses and frem. Why do you think that these plants were successful in the humid and most ancient environment?

    These plants are small that they can rely on diffusion to move water in and out of the plant. They also need a humid environment to reproduce. Their flagellated sperm swims through water to reach the egg. So mosses, frrm and liverworts are restricted to humid environments.
