The correct ordered sequence of phases of cell cycle is - size increasing phase, DNA copying, preparation of division and division.

    Explanation:

In the process of cell division the cell undergoes four stages of events. These stages are sequenced like - Gap 1 stage or size increasing stage; synthesis or DNA copying stage; gap 2 or preparation of division stage and mitosis or cell division stage. The first three stages are called interphase altogether. In this phase the cell grows normally and prepares itself to divide.

In the G1 phase the cell accumulates DNA building blocks, in the synthesis stage it copies the DNA and in the G2 phase it populates energy and synthesizes protein. In the phase of mitosis the cell divides through multi phases.
