When you hear the word invasive species what do you think of? How do you think an invasive species will

compare to a native species in an area?

    The word invasive species makes me think of certain plants that come overseas and disrupt our natural habitat by taking up more resources than is available. An invasive species will over run a native species' habitat. They will use most of the resources in that area, or bring an illness that could affect the entire population.
