When Lucy was only a fertilized egg, what did the cell have to go through to get to the trillions of cells she is made up of today?

    Explanation: the body undergoes series of cell division. Who you really are now is as a result of trillions of cell division old and worn out cells of some part of our bodies dies off and new cells are formed. The cell you have now in your body is not the same with the one of many years ago. Studies has shown that new cell on some body parts e. g. skin, liver, are formed every 2 weeks, 3 months e. t. c. cell is in constantly replaced in the body and some mature ones that cannot divide, new one is them produced by division of immature stem cell
