    Explanation:

    As from research it is evident that functioning and movement of Homologous chromosomes is not same in mitosis as compared with meiosis. Because during cell division homologous chromosomes do not make pairs with each other rather they under go chiasmata formation which results in genetic recombination. Which means there will be no homologous chromosomes in the cell after the completion of mitosis.
