The species living in mountains or high elevations are generally arctic such as polar bear and reindeer. Arctic species cannot survive in the relatively higher temperature so they need constant cold environment to survive and grow. As the mean temperatures of the geographic area is increasing, it pose high threats to cold species so they migrate to a higher elevations.
