The fat content of the milk produced in the mammary glands of humans differs from that of marine mammals. In human milk, the percent of fat to total nutrients is three to five percent. The percent of fat to total nutrients in the milk of marine mammals is 30 to 40 percent. How would you account for this difference in fat content
