    The negative feedback loops:

    "When the product or results of any reaction leads to the decrease in that process, such a loop formed is called as the negative feedback loop."

    Hormones:

    "Hormones are chemical particles or messengers which are mostly secreted by glands (pituitary glands, adrenaline glands etc), and are poured directly inside the blood."

    Explanation:

    The Balance in Thyroid hormone level:

    The human blood has a number of elements which must be kept in a balance or equilibrium, as increase of the thyroid hormones inside the blood resulting in a negative feedback loop. As we have the explanation below;

    The Hypothalamus and the adrenal gland:

    When the level of thyroid hormones inside the human body is decreased. There is a mechanism which is followed up to control the level of thyroid hormones. And we have the hypothalamus, which is basically the moderator inside the human body which looks for keeping the balance among the different elements or more over for keeping homeostasis inside the human body. So, the hypothalamus also secrets the thyrotropin-releasing hormone, or TRH. Which turns on the pituitary gland which secrets the thyroid-stimulating hormone, or TSH. Which are poured inside the blood and results in acting upon the thyroid glands to produce the thyroid hormones. And level of the hormones inside the blood is leveled.

    In case the level the thyroid hormone is in increased level then the TSH secretion is inhibited and the hypothalamus stops to secret the TRH. As this process or cycle created is called as the negative feedback loop.
