    Ecological succession

    Explanation:

Ecological succession can be defined as a situation whereby an ecological community of organisms undergo more or less orderly and predictable changes following a disturbance or the initial colonization of a new habitat. There are two main types of ecological succession; these are primary succession and secondary succession. For primary succession, it is not affected by the destruction of existing community but for secondary succession, there must be destruction of pre existing community.
