This is an interaction of cryosphere and hydrosphere spheres.

    Explanation:

The cryosphere is the sphere of the earth made up of ice sheets, icebergs, and glaciers, etc - which is mainly frozen water. When the ice melts, the melted water enters the oceans - which form part of the hydrosphere (another sphere of the earth), causing a rise in ocean surface levels. This mainly happens when global temperatures increase causing the polar ice-sheets to recede due to melting ice. The reverse can also happen when global temperatures drop such as during ice ages.
