    wolf

    Explanation:

Only a small portion of energy is passed from one trophic level to the next successive level. The rest is lost to the environment through respiration, excretion and decomposition.

The biomass in the producers is more than that of the successive level in order for it to support the successive level therefore because the wolf belongs to the highest trophic level, it will have the least amount of usable energy.
