What is the relationship between increased lymphocyte infiltration, edema, and inflammation in the progression of pathophysiology in Kawasaki disease?

    Based on the information provided within the question it can be said that the relationship between this is that Lymphocytes cause an immune response against smooth muscle cells of the vasculature, this then causes inflammation and edema that leads to aneurysms. Which is what happens in Kawasaki Disease as it progresses as well.
