    There are many differences between each type of microscope. One of the biggest is the magnification. Electronic have 10,000,000X and light have 1000X. Also, the type of lens is different, light use glass lenses while electronic use electromagnetic lenses. Finally, the source of view capacity is different, light use, as its name says, light, while electronic use charged particles like electrons.
