How many rounds of cell division are needed to reduce the number of chromosomes by half? Need answer before Monday!

    Well if you're talking about rounds, then only one because mitosis is cell division. however, there are SIX phases of mitosis (interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase, and cytokinesis. in the end of mitosis, you end up with two sister chromatids.
