    Explanation:

    Many meetings were organized in Massachusetts to protest the Coercive Act of 1774. One of the significant meetings is of the Suffolk meeting held by the Boston representatives in the county of Suffolk. The series of resolves stated by Joseph Warren about the coercive act has become popular as Suffolk Resolves.

    These resolve are - i) claiming the act as unconstitutional and resignation of officials related to this act were demanded, ii) boycott was held against British trade and goods and many more. These resolves came into effect on 9th September.

    The Suffolk Resolves was a declaration made on September 9, 1774 by the leaders of Suffolk County, Massachusetts. The declaration rejected the Massachusetts Government Act and resolved on a boycott of imported goods from Britain unless the Intolerable Acts were repealed.
