    Acetylcholine released from a neuron

    Explanation:

Exocytosis is movement of substances out of the cells in the vesicles and Endocytosis is the intake of substances in the vesicles into cell by plasma membrane invagination. Endocytosis may be either phagocytosis (engulfing the solid particles forming vesicles called phagosomes) or Pinocytosis (engulfing of liquid particles forming vesicles called as pinosomes). The neurotransmitter acetyl choline is released by neuron through exocytosis on the stimulation.
