How do golgi apparatus and vacuoles work together?

Golgi apparatus

The golgi apparatus is located in the cytoplasm of both animal and plant cells.

It has the shape of stacked flattened sacks getting larger from the cio face (recieving end) and the trans face (shipping end)

Its function is to process, package, and store the products that are to be released from the cell.

Vacuole

The vacuole is located in the cytoplasm in both animal and plant cells.

It has a single membrane surrounding a fluid filled space.

Its function is to store food, water, and minerals for the cell.
