    Bacillus subtilis bacteria

    Explanation:

Binary fission means division in half. It is one kind of asexual reproduction process among all other asexual reproduction process. It is the most common form of reproduction in prokaryotic organisms like bacteria.

But is is also found in some single-celled eukaryotes like Amoeba and Paramoecium. In binary fission DNA replication and segregation coincide.

In binary fission, the fully grown parent cell divides into two portions. Then it produce two pools. After replicating its genetic material, the parent cell divides into two daughter cells, which are equal in size. The genetic material replicates and then equally distributed in two daughter cells. If no mutations occur, the daughter cells become genetically identical.
