All living organisms are made up of carbon, phosphorous as well as nitrogen. Carbon and nitrogen are normally found in amino acids that makes protein. Phosphates creates ATP and DNA. These elements are very important for the existence of living beings.

Burning of fossil fuel is one of the activity of carbon, it changes the distribution through out the cycle. As the amount of carbon dioxide is increasing it is warming the planet. If there is increase in nitrates in water from fertilizers it changes the working of the ecosystem that leads to algae bloom.
