    Following are foods to avoid managing GERD

    Chocolate, regular chips of maize and potato, heavy-fat butter cookies, cupcakes, donuts, condiments of creamy and oily salads, fried or flab food in general. Grapes, veggies and milk. Orange juice, lemonade, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, tomatoes, potato salad, Fries, raw onion, salad of potatoes.
