    B) Female condoms

    Explanation:

Genital herpes is caused by herpes simplex virus. It is a sexually transmitted disease i. e. it spreads by sexual contact between an infected and a normal person. It results in itchy and painful blisters around external reproductive organ.

The best way for Jill to avoid it is to avoid sexual contact or else a physical barrier can be created during sex so that the virus does not come in contact with her external reproductive organ. Out of the given options only female condoms can provide that physical barrier. Other methods wont be able to prevent the direct contact of their reproductive organs. Hence, female condoms are the best choice to avoid genital herpes.
