    A. Differences between transcription and DNA replication

    1. In transcription, RNA is formed from a DNA molecule while in replication a new DNA is formed from a parent DNA.

    2. Transcription is involved in gene expression while DNA replication functions in cell division.

    B. The START and STOP codons determines where the DNA molecule transcription begins and ends.

The transcription process begins as the RNA Polymerase binds to a condon called Promoter.

The process stops on a sequence called terminator.
