    All organisms are made up of cells

    Explanation: (B) is not correct because there are prokaryotes which are unicellular organisms. (C) is not correct because us, humans, can not make our own food. Only plants can do that - hence they are called autotrophs. (D) is not correct because a major difference between prokaryotes and eukaryotes are that prokaryotes do not have a nucleus - whereas eukaryotes do.
