No, this doesn't support spontaneous generation ...

Explanation:

Although their are bacteria present on the media but the hay infusion techniques are only used for cilliates like Paramecium. So, the bacterial growth was due to mishandling and some possible source of contamination is also involved. Finally, because of these facts this experiment doesn't support spontaneous generation in any case.
