Despite of all resemblances plant cell contain

    Chloroplast vacuole cell wall

while animal cell do not have any.

    Explanation:

The extraction of DNA from plant cell is little bit difficult because of the presence of cellulose which formed the cell wall in plant cell. So for this an enzyme cellulase will be used to breakdown the cellulose or by homogenize process.

In animal DNA is taken from blood leukocytes.
