Blood plasma is programmed to carry the nutrients and other important particles to organs whereas cellular components play roles in carrying oxygen and providing immunity.

2. proteins-albumin, globulin and fibrin-7-8%

3. salts: 1%

The composition of the formed elements shows:

1. Erythrocyte (RBC)

2. Leukocyte (WBC)

3. Thrombocytes (platelets)
