Organisms use different processes to transport materials in and out of cells. When humans spend long periods of time in water, the pads of our fingers and toes often become wrinkled. However, after we have been out of the water for a while, the wrinkles disappear. Which cellular transport mechanism is responsible for this phenomenon?
