Describe the physiological changes that occur after the ingestion of salty food. Include those cells and structures that are involved in these changes.

    When you take salty food, this creates an excess of salt content in the body. So, kidney has to function to eliminate all this salt. Elimination of salt is by the means of urine to outside of the body. So, as water loss from your body, you will feel thirsty. Thus, you need more water consumption to compensate the water loss.
